Katrina brings more than 20 years’ experience in the veterinary and pet‑care industry, including senior nursing roles in Australia and the UK, along with management experience within the pet insurance sector.
Her love of animals began growing up on her family’s farm in Western Australia’s Wheatbelt, where caring for them was part of everyday life and shaped the way she works today.
